Service blueprint for PoP

The next stage in my Polarno O.Pyret project is to create service blueprint based on three moments that matter in the customer journey map.

I am not fully satisfied yet with the results. I feel I still have to learn a lot. But since I am only a student and it is ok to not making things perfect (or good enough) while still learning I decided to post it anyway. Feel free to leave any comments and tips regarding my work.
