Customer journey map Polarno O. Pyret

As a part of our study plan we practice a lot of creating different customer journey maps. This one is made based on my observation while visiting online shop of a well know brand Polarno O. Pyret. I must say they actually did a good job when it comes to customer experience, but I believe there is always some area for development.
